This July, we head to Norway for an experience that is equal parts wild, grounding, and unforgettable.
A journey where you’ll hike across three countries - Norway, Sweden, and Finland - on foot, moving through some of the most remote and awe-inspiring landscapes in Scandinavia.
We wanted to pop in with a little info of what to expect and what’s all included.
What to Expect:
This is a backpacking-based adventure through remote terrain with lots of support.
We’ll begin and end in comfortable accommodations, with the middle portion of the trip spent fully immersed in the backcountry.
Here’s what that looks like on the ground:
🥾Daily hiking: Expect 6–7 miles per day over varied terrain
🎒Carrying your pack: You’ll carry your personal gear, clothing, and a portion of shared food
🕺🏻Pace: Steady and supportive, with regular breaks. We move as a group, NOT a race
🏨 Accommodations: A mix of boutique hotel stays, remote DNT huts, and unique dome-style glamping
🛁 Facilities: Hut stays are simple- outhouses, shared sleeping spaces, no showers, and limited to no WiFi or cell service
🍽️ Meals: A combination of prepared meals and simple, nourishing backcountry meals we’ll share as a group
🌤️ Weather: Expect variability - sun, wind, rain, and cooler temps, even in summer
😎 Daylight: Nearly 24 hours of light, which gives us flexibility in our hiking days and a unique rhythm to the experience
You’ll be guided every step of the way with support in preparation beforehand so you know exactly what to expect and how to pack.
