🚩 Red Flag Friday 🚩
If any of these sound familiar, it might be time to take a closer look at your travel agent:

No Specialization or Destination Knowledge:
A travel agent who can’t answer detailed questions about your trip—or gives vague, generic responses—may not have the expertise you need. Specialization matters. Whether it’s an all-inclusive Caribbean resort, a European river cruise, or a family trip to Disney, your agent should know the ins and outs.

Red flags to watch for:
– Struggles to recommend hotels, activities, or transportation options in your chosen destination
– Doesn’t know entry requirements, local customs, or best times to travel
– Can’t explain travel insurance, transfer logistics, or what to expect on-site
– Seems to "Google as they go" rather than share firsthand knowledge or vetted resources

A professional agent adds value through real experience, trusted supplier relationships, and tailored recommendations—not by guessing or scrambling to find basic info. If they aren’t confident, neither should you be.

If these basics aren’t in place, it’s worth asking some serious questions. Your vacation deserves better.

Great News!!!

Disney Cruise Lines is making it even easier for families to plan and book their cruises!

Beginning June 18, the required deposit for Disney Cruise Line reservations is changing from 20% to 10% of the voyage fare for new bookings. For existing reservations made on or before June 17, 2025, the original 20% deposit remains in place in accordance with the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.

These cruises can be a large expense for families, and we are grateful that payments can be made over time before the sailing. But a 20% deposit is not feasible for many families. It's a huge chunk of money to put down all at once. Considering a deposit on a Disney resort package is only $200, this change is more than welcome!
