The Walnut Street Penthouse is a studio apartment on the top floor of The Kirkwood downtown Des Moines. A gorgeous and freshly updated kitchen is ready with all the basics for cooking you might need to do, and of course a great coffee maker is included in the space. The living room space between the kitchen and the sleeping area is set up with a modern yet cozy sectional.

Watch your favorites on the Roku or unwind with some good music on the record player. The king sized bed will provide a great nights sleep, the mattress is top quality for your utmost comfort. If you are visiting for work, or just need a place to get set up to be productive, there is a “Cloffice” for your use (closet + office).

You’ll get your own parking space and are welcome to use the sauna and exercise room onsite.
