We hate to admit it, but Expedia and Costco still wins sometimes. 🤦♀️
It’s true! People often go there first, thinking it’s quick and easy—until they actually need help.
Here’s the deal—with 6+ years in the industry and 750+ trips planned, we’ve built real connections with hotel staff, in-destination partners, and local experts. So, when things go sideways (like your flight gets canceled or your hotel isn't up to par), guess what? You won’t be stuck on hold for HOURS. 😅
Take, for example, some clients we had in Bora Bora recently. A couple of days before arrival, they found out their bungalow would be under renovation during their scheduled stay. But, thanks to our relationship with the hotel and in-destination partner, we immediately got them into a similar bungalow with incredible views, $500 resort credit, AND a complimentary dinner.
With Expedia or Costco? You’re more likely to be left in the lurch. They don’t have a personal connection, and good luck getting anyone on the phone to actually solve your problem.
Sure, booking with Expedia or Costco might seem easier or cheaper at first, but when things go wrong, wouldn’t you rather have an expert you can text for help?
Let’s just say... we’ve got your back. Always. 😉
