One of my fellow agents made this and explains the difference between Ocean View and Ocean Front. So many clients get upset when they paid for “Ocean View” and don’t get the panoramic views

Ps even if you can only see 🤏🏻 this much of the Ocean, it’s considered Ocean View 🤷‍♀️
