The temps might be frightful, but the lights are so delightful...and so were our travelers to the Garden Glow at the Missouri Botanical Garden tonight! We had dinner at Culvers on the way, and then enjoyed a brisk but festive stroll through the gardens!

We had lots of fun getting in the holiday spirit with Ricky Skaggs and Kentucky Thunder this weekend! Of course, Rich's Famous Burgers were a highlight to our day as well...yum! And we made it back in time for our De Soto friends to get to the De Soto Christmas Parade too!

Our Shop n' Seek will start at Mercantile at Main then head to Just Be Kind for a cozy beverage! Next we will visit the Farmhouse Style Boutique in Festus and have lunch at Dough Depot in Kimmswick. After lunch we will visit Cozy Cottage, MiMis and Pixie Clementine's. Each retailer listed is part of our fun day out and has agreed to be part of our scavenger hunt by hiding two objects that we have given them for you to find to redeem for prizes or a gift certificate purchased from that store. After the scavenger hunt you will have free time in Kimmswick to shop or spend some time relaxing at the winery!

Date: March 7th

Cost $118

If you have ever read Little House on the Prairie books - or watched the show -the Laura Ingalls Wilder home and museum will take you back in time. While there you will get to see the house that Laura and Almanzo actually lived in, her real handwritten pages, and beautiful views! We will spend the night in Springfield before we head to the Precious Moments Chapel in Carthage. The Chapel is peaceful and colorful and the artwork is warm and cheerful. The cost of this trip is $385.00 and includes everything except two on your own lunches.

Stomp is a lively rhythmic performance where talented artists create music using everyday objects like brooms, trash-can lids, buckets and more!
