Hello everyone in my pass guest from Crystal Beach Townnhomes I sold the townhome in November 2023. I signed a purchase agreement today on this property below. I will be renting it out not as much as I did with the townhome, two bedroom I am going to put a full size bunk bed in the guest room along with a full bed. are in the guestroom. There is a sofa sleeper also. It is in a perfect location walk out of the screen porch directly to the pool. There are sidewalks all through the property with beautiful fountains, tennis court pickle ball court basketball court playground fishing lake clubhouse. It is gated short walk to the beach, private beach with beach, chairs and umbrellas.

There are 3 pools on the property. One pool is heated. The largest pool is located right outside of the unit. I am purchasing about 20 steps once you step out of the screen porch.

I PROVIDE BEACH SET UP DURING YOUR STAY. YOU WOULD HAVE 2 CHAIRS AND AN UMBRELLA SET UP EACH DAY. I HAVE LIGHTWEIGHT LOUNGE CHAIRS WITH STRAPS TO CARRY TO THE BEACH AND EXTRA UMBRELLAS.
I have large screen T.V.s, expanded cable channels IN All rooms have DVR’s for recording your favorite TV shows. I provide beach service each morning from March through October. Two chairs and an umbrella are put up each morning and I have extras in the garage. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. All beds are high quality mattresses and very comfortable. The master and the second floor BOTH have an electronic Tempurpedic KING bed that also massages. There are two bunk beds on the 3rd floor plus a twin bed in the bunk room. MURPHY BED IS A KING BED WITH MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS. TOTAL 3 KINGS, 1 QUEEN, Bunk beds 2 FULL 2 TWIN BEDS. SLEEPS 14.
I have 2 pak n play baby beds, Two highchairs and 3 umbrella strollers. One full size stroller. One Full Size Crib
