Today we had clear, beautiful water with more of that emerald bay color because the tides are moving slower.

The water may look a little more emerald than blue today, but it’s still clear, beautiful, and exactly how the Gulf works.

During a neap tide, the tidal movement is weaker, which means less water is exchanged between the Gulf and the bay. Sometimes you get that bright blue postcard water… and sometimes Mother Nature shows off these beautiful emerald greens 💚
