He Sold His Football Cards to Buy His Daughter Shoes—Then Peyton Manning Knocked on His Door
Tom was a single dad.
He worked nights at a warehouse and spent his days raising Emily, his 8-year-old daughter who loved to dance.
One week, the rent went up.
Groceries got tighter.
And Emily’s dance shoes ripped right before her big recital.
