🔍 Researching current conditions, best areas to stay, and new openings 📅 Building a day-by-day flow that makes geographic sense (so you're not crisscrossing unnecessarily) 🏨 Handpicking accommodation that matches your style, budget, and preferences 🍽️ Curating restaurants — not just "good" ones, but the ones RIGHT for you 🎟️ Pre-booking timed-entry tickets and tours to avoid wasted time in lines 📞 Calling properties directly to request your specific room preferences and any surprises ✉️ Writing your itinerary document clearly so you can enjoy the trip, not manage it

Here's my official pre-departure checklist that I give every single client. Save it! 📌✈️

48 HOURS BEFORE: ☑️ Check in online + download boarding passes to your phone ☑️ Confirm all hotel/tour reservations ☑️ Set up international phone plan ☑️ Notify your bank and credit cards ☑️ Charge ALL devices + pack chargers

THE NIGHT BEFORE: ☑️ Lay out everything (yes, everything) and then remove 20% of it 😂 ☑️ Pack medications in carry-on ☑️ Set two alarms ☑️ Screenshot your gate info (in case you lose wifi)

DAY OF: ☑️ Arrive at airport 2 hours domestic / 3 hours international ☑️ Wear your bulkiest shoes ☑️ Carry snacks because airport food is expensive ☑️ Breathe. You're going on vacation!!!

✈️ Pro Travel Tip: Take a photo of your checked bag before you check it. If it gets lost, you'll have a photo to show airline staff of exactly what it looks like. Total game changer. (I have plenty of experience in this area. 🙃)
