The Emilia Porch provides thoughtful access to the hot tub and the lawn, complete with clean beach towels and a towel warmer.
The Peony Room, the master bedroom, includes an elegant private restroom and a dedicated workspace.

Our honorable guests (you!) have full access to the entire house, except for the owner’s storage spaces and the utility room.
Parking Details:
The parking garage is at Chestnut Street Garage, Lot #138, located at 14 E Chestnut St, West Chester, PA 19380. This convenient parking facility is just a 5-minute walk from our house. We provide daily parking validations for two parking spaces each day during your stay. They are on the dining table. You must take the regular ticket when entering the garage and scan both the ticket and the validation when leaving the garage.
House Rules:
From the requirements of our owner and neighbors, smoking, va**ng, or having pets on the premises is strictly prohibited. A deep cleaning fee of $1,000 will be charged for any violations of this rule.
