Dear guests,

Yesterday, you received communication about an update regarding gratuity changes that went into effect. Please note that the new gratuity amounts impact new reservations booked on or after July 29, 2026.

Any existing reservation (FIT or group) made prior to July 29, 2026, can opt to pre-pay their gratuities at the original rates, provided the gratuities are added to the reservation and paid by no later than 48 hours prior to the sailing date.

Guests who have already prepaid their gratuities will not be impacted by this change.

Note all contracted groups are confirmed to receive the gratuity amount as listed on group contracts.
