I love all-inclusive resorts because they simplify planning and lock in costs but I'd be deceiving if I didn't mention what often gets missed.

Most all-inclusive packages cover meals, drinks, and basic entertainment. What they don't usually cover:

Premium alcohol and specialty cocktails
Spa treatments and wellness activities
Excursions and off-property adventures
Water sports rentals and equipment
Gratuities (yes, they matter)

The really true all-inclusive resorts include the majority of the items above. If I'm staying at an All-Inclusive, I expect it to be All-Incliusive. What about you?

I get calls from people hunting for the absolute lowest price on their vacation. When this happens, I know we're probably not a good fit.

Here's why: I'd rather you invest a little more and actually enjoy your trip than book the cheapest option and spend two weeks wishing you'd chosen differently. That's not how I work.

I'm a specialist who knows which cruise lines, resorts, and itineraries deliver real value, not just the low $$ number. If rock-bottom pricing is your priority, there are plenty of platforms for that, but if you want an experience you'll actually love, and you want someone to have your back before during and after your trip, then I'm your person.

Earlier this week, my clients were all set to leave Venice and head back to the US (DFW → BNA) after an amazing 10-day Mediterranean cruise with Oceania when my phone started lighting up with flight change and cancellation notices. Yes, I monitor my clients' flights closely. It's part of the job.

I'm so glad they trusted me to handle their trip. Unbeknownst to them, their flights were changed multiple times, cancelled, then reinstated, and they had even been bumped from first class to economy in the chaos.

Within 24 hours of departure, a lot was happening. Had they been navigating this alone, it would have been stressful with seats filling up fast. I was able to get everything sorted: confirmed all flights were back on, and reinstated them to their first class seats.

This is exactly why having a travel advisor in your corner matters and this is what treating clients like family looks like 💕✈️🛳

Then there's the version where you tell me where you want to go and you receive a single itinerary, with your preferred seats held an,d all you have to do is show up on time for your flights.✈️

CocoBeach is on CocoCay, a private island owned by Royal Caribbean It's considered an "excursion" you can purchase for this port stop. This is where you'll get elevated dining and a heated pool (it was January when we went). Yes, we still went to the other areas in CocoCay and yes, we still got the secret sandwich before we went to CocoBeach for the rest of the day. The secret sandwich is basically a fried chicken sandwich with cheesesticks and sauce on top of the chicken. If you've been have you tried it? If you're going, will you try it?

It's true! In addition to credit cards that give airport lounge access, did you know you can often purchase lounge passes at the airport and/or in advance as an excursion?

We've done this several times and it's way more relaxing than having to sit all squinched up between other travelers at the airport. For those who know me, you know how chlostrophobic I am, so this was a game changer for me.

This is also something I share with my clients. It's a nice touch, especially on your return trip, and is so much less stressful than being herded in with the crowd.
