A few weeks ago, 3,000 industry professionals gathered in London for the 31st annual Business Travel Show Europe, presented by The BTN Group. 🇬🇧

Why has NDC adoption been slow?

In a recent GBTA research report, applicable buyers were asked either why their programs haven’t adopted NDC or why NDC accounts for less than 10% of their air bookings.

Most (54%) say there is not enough NDC content available through their online booking tool (26%) or their travel management company cannot adequately support NDC (28%).​
