Cassette Rewind - The Premier Authentic '80s Experience is coming to Dobson Square Park Saturday September 12th, 2026!

Admission is FREE!

If that wasn't "gnarly" enough, we will have Food Trucks setup and ready to serve beginning at 5PM including BJs Fry Shack, Fat Catz BBQ, The Chill Mobile, Mermaids On The Go, and Sip Happens !

Our "epic" Beer, Wine, and Spirits Garden will feature Southern Drift Brewing Company beginning at 5PM as well!

Music begins at 6PM.

So, bring out the giant shoulder pads, leg warmers, acid-washed jeans, big hair, and neon colors for a night to remember!

The Surry Scenic Bikeway, in the Yadkin Valley wine region of northwest North Carolina, has more than 500 miles of officially designated routes. Most are rural loops, taking advantage of Surry County’s rolling terrain in the foothills of the Blue Ridge.

The Surry Scenic Bikeway was created for avid cyclists. It follows roadways that vary from mostly flat to hilly, with a few mountainous sections for the more adventurous riders. A few loops offer an alternate route that bisects the circuit to shorten the mileage.

DOBSON-ELKIN LOOP!
Connecting the county's government seat of Dobson with the neighboring city of Elkin, this route provides nearly 60 miles of riding on rolling foothills and along the Yadkin River. Cyclists can begin this loop in either Dobson or Elkin and enjoy beautiful views of southwestern Surry County.
