If you don’t like the weather in Idaho, just wait five minutes. 😅⛰️⛈️ We had the ultimate taste of “Moody Mountain Weather” this week. Mornings were absolutely pristine—perfect for fishing off the rocks and cooling off in the clear water. But by the afternoon? The clouds rolled in, the wind picked up, and we got treated to a full-on downpour and hail storm! Honestly, there’s nothing quite like watching a wild storm roll over the lake while safe and cozy inside the cabin with a fire going. 🔥🌧️

Meet Shilo — the newest addition to our family and the Lazy Hound Lodge. After saying goodbye to Bailey, our hearts were heavy. Shilo hasn’t replaced that loss, but her joy, curiosity, and wild puppy energy have helped us heal around it.
