🦭 Meet the Leopard Seal — one of Antarctica’s most fascinating predators.

Named for the spots on its fur, this powerful seal can reach 3 meters and 500 kg. But don’t let its playful appearance fool you… 👀

They’re curious, fearless, and famous for hunting penguins — although krill, fish and squid make up most of their diet.

Our team members have come face to face with them more than once, right from the zodiac. It's the kind of encounter you only get by actually being out there.

Wild, powerful, and perfectly adapted to life in the Antarctic. ❄️🌊

🦭 Conocé a la foca leopardo, uno de los depredadores más fascinantes de la Antártida.

Llamada así por las manchas de su pelaje, puede alcanzar los 3 metros de largo y pesar hasta 500 kg. Pero no te dejes engañar por su apariencia… 👀

Son curiosas, audaces y famosas por su forma de cazar pingüinos, aunque el krill, los peces y los calamares forman gran parte de su dieta.
