Winter is officially at our doorstep! Snow is on the way and you should be too! We have four, that’s right just four properties left available for the winter season. Stay cozy at home down south for seven days, take a Covid test, and come on up!!

Effective Immediately for Vermont and Non-Vermont Residents:

The State of Vermont has suspended its leisure travel map and implemented a mandatory quarantine for anyone returning or traveling to Vermont.

Anyone returning or traveling to Vermont must follow Vermont’s mandatory quarantine policy. Vermonters returning from an out-of-state trip must complete either a 14-day quarantine or a 7-day quarantine followed by a negative test.
Vermonters must remember to follow any travel restrictions and quarantine requirements for the states they plan to visit.
Residents of other states must adhere to the quarantine guidelines:
Travelers arriving to Vermont in a personal vehicle must complete either a 14-day quarantine or a 7-day quarantine followed by a negative test in their home state and enter Vermont without further quarantine restrictions.
Travelers arriving to Vermont who have not completed a pre-arrival quarantine must complete either a 14-day quarantine or a 7-day quarantine followed by a negative test in a Vermont lodging establishment or with friends and family (travelers must stay in their quarantine location for the duration of quarantine other than to travel to and from a test site).

All out of state travelers utilizing lodging, camping and short-term rental properties in Vermont must sign and complete a Certificate of Compliance or affirm a compliance statement via a digital check box at the time of reservation and check-in to attest that they meet the quarantine requirement or are an essential/authorized worker.
All out of state travelers are strongly encouraged to register with Sara Alert upon arrival to Vermont to get two weeks of daily reminders to check for common symptoms of COVID-1.

What better way to spend the winter than to spend part of the day remote working/schooling and the other part tearing up the mountain?! We can’t wait to welcome our friends back to the Deerfield Valley this winter and hope to see you out on the hill ❄️⛷

Mark your calendars! Mount Snow is planning to open for winter on November 14.

We’ve been hard at work planning, preparing and dreaming about delivering you a great ski and ride season, focusing on three things: your safety, having a successful season start to finish, and prioritizing our pass holders. Today, we’re sharing our winter operating plan with opening dates and answers on everything from face coverings to loading lifts to dining on mountain. But the most important change is that for your safety, we will be managing mountain access this season with a new reservation system that gives pass holders priority access. We know this season will be different, but we want to give you peace of mind knowing you’ll have the space you need at our resort. Vermont makes social distancing easy! Monthly rentals still available!

We are open! We have been working remotely the last few months and are very happy to be back to some new normal in person at our office. We sincerely hope you and your family are safe and healthy. We are looking forward to kicking the summer season off shortly once VT mandates lift. We would like to thank our owners and renters for their cooperation during this unprecedented time, especially while we juggled property changeover like never before! We cannot wait to have you all back in the valley when orders lift!

A few changes you will see from us:
-Office hours remain 9am-3pm, seven days a week, during the summer (In person hours at the office might vary slightly as we remain flexible with the ongoing crisis. Our email is checked regularly seven days a week during these hours and is the best method of contact).
-Only one member of our team will be in office each day.
-Our office door will remain locked for the foreseeable future, we will unlock and let you in as you arrive.
-Only one group allowed inside at a time, and only two people from that group.
-Everyone coming to our office must be wearing a mask, no exceptions. Please let us know if you need one.
-If you prefer “curbside chat” please give a call when you arrive (800-833-0904) we are more than happy to come talk shop at a distance in the parking lot.
-We are showing properties via Zoom and FaceTime! If you are looking to book a seasonal please reach out and we will arrange a meeting with you to virtually see some properties.
-For the safety of our team, owners, renters, and their guests we will not entering occupied homes for any showings.
-We are adding virtual tours to our property listings on our website, we have been working behind the scenes on this and hope to have them ready in the next week or two.

As of March 17th we will be closed for the foreseeable future. We will be working remotely from home and booking Summer 2020 and Winter 20-21 Seasonal Rentals!
