After reading of NASCAR driver Bobby Allison's death last week I dug deep into my archives to find a Photo Page I had made on him at Dover Downs in June 1972. He won that Coca Cola 500 in front of 27,000 race fans and took home top prize of $ 13,000. I met him twice at Dover and he was a 1st class driver and a very down to earth guy.
