Happy Father’s Day to my dad and all the amazing dads out there!

Whatever you’re doing to celebrate today, be sure to raise a glass of fine Michigan wine. I’m pouring a 2022 Cabernet Franc Reserve from —grown right here in the Lake Michigan Shore AVA. This is an impressive and outstanding wine, I was very disappointed when the bottle was finished for all the right reasons!

A special bottle for a special day—and the perfect red for an afternoon grill out with dad. Not to mention the fresh asparagus that is in season! Cheers to great dads and great wine! 🔥🍷👨‍🍳

(Who are we kidding it’s always wine time in our book! ) The 2025 vineyard season is kicking off soon, and we’re gearing up for another amazing year. We’re already in full-swing with spring tours. 🍇 Riesling is the top grape, followed by Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Franc
🏅 Michigan has 5 AVAs (American Viticultural Areas), each with its own style

Where the Magic Happens:

- Old Mission Peninsula AVA – A narrow, 19-mile stretch with a long growing season, making it perfect for Riesling and Pinot Noir
