Wake Tech's Path to Becoming a Travel Advisor course walks you through everything you need to start this career, step by step.

What you'll cover:

Finding the right host agency
Working with clients and understanding their needs
Cruises, tours, packages, and group travel
Crash courses on Mexico, Theme Parks, Africa, All Inclusives, and so much more
Building itineraries and managing trips
The business side: entrepreneurship & making money

This course is a great fit for aspiring entrepreneurs, independent contractors, or anyone considering a career change into the travel industry. No prior experience required.

You'll finish with a Certificate of Completion from the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA) as well as one from Wake Tech Community College
