10 places to stay and things to do in Panama City, Panama and surrounding areas.
1. We spent the first night at the Hilton. It was beautiful. It had multiple restaurants, a casino, sports betting, a salsa club, a spa, and shows. It's a great place to stay or just visit.
2. The rest of a trip we stay at the Waldorf Astoria. It was beautiful and the service was great. It was in walking distance of restaurants.
3. Have brunch down the street from the Waldorf at Michael's. The food was great, the owner was so kind, and the esthetic is great for taking pictures.
4. Casco Viejo- (Old Towne) historical area, restaurants, and bars.
5. San Blas Island tour- We booked on Viator. It was a 4 island tour and included a welcome drink and lunch.
6. Catamaran Tour with Red Cat- booked on Viator. We visited Toboga Island. There were beautiful waters and a beach tucked away in a small community. The catamaran is a fun vibe with a DJ, dancing, line dancing, open bar, and lunch was included.
7. OG Bar Crawl- it's a five bar crawl with drinks and entertainment included. Amazing time! It can be booked through Viator as well.
8. Salvaje- we went there for my birthday dinner. It's a rainforest themed restaurant. It's dinner and entertainment. It was so much fun.
9. Albrook Mall- nice size mall with great stores especially El Campeon. Very affordable and plenty of options.
10. Kanibal Restaurant- rooftop restaurant, very picturesque. Good food and drinks!
Bonus: Sabroso had some interesting food choices and was in a great area with a lot of activities.
