BV Herbals and Retreat hosted a Men’s Retreat this past weekend. It was wonderful to have them return again this year.

Remember- this wonderful event is next Saturday, March 28. I’ll have several herbal products such as respiratory, facial, teas, potpourris, and lavender for purchase. Dream catchers, grapevine wreaths and DIY Elderberry syrup kits will be available also. Various workshops will be held throughout the day. Winter has a way of asking us to slow down.

To get quiet. To breathe deeper. To feel our feet on the ground and remember we’re held, even in the stillness.
These moments — snow-covered fields, bare trees, soft skies — feel like a pause the world desperately needs.
A season for healing, for listening, for letting silence do some of the work.
