Last week we traveled with four busses of 8th grade students from Bexley Middle School to Washington, D.C.! It was a wonderful trip with stops at the Supreme Court, U.S. Capital, Arlington National Cemetary, the Holocaust Museum and the Museum of African American History. The group was also treated to a visit from Joyce Beatty where she talked about Congress and the legislative process. It is always such a pleasure to share these trips with our school groups.

The Outlander Behind the Scenes group is in NYC for the weekend and the Tartan Day parade! The man of the moment - Sam Heughan himself was the parade Marshall. Before the parade they took in the sights and sounds of NYC. Enjoy these photos. The mural in the historic Hotel Edison, the group’s hotel, which is in the heart of the theater district.
