August numbers are finalized. Occupancy in August 2026 increased by 38% compared to August 2025. 🎉 THANK YOU for helping make it another record month (our best August ever!) at The Intrepid! This has been, by far, our most successful summer ever and that means more guests than ever before are staying with us, visiting downtown Duluth, and helping support other downtown businesses. Over the past two years, we have been honored to host hundreds of guests at our locally-owned, locally-managed vacation rental property in the historic Intrepid Building in the ❤️ of downtown Duluth. All eight spacious suites offer a comfortable stay with beautiful views of either Lake Superior and/or downtown. We’ll be highlighting this unique self check-in boutique hotel all week as we celebrate our second business anniversary.
