Monday was a busy afternoon in the Duluth harbor during the departure of the MV Federal Seto. Following the MV Mesabi Miner out of port, the saltie was accompanied by Gtug Missouri, which came alongside for a pilot transfer. PV Vista Queen, along with a sailboat and motorboat, also joined in on the action.

The UMD TECHNO CLUB brought the beats, Lake Superior brought the sunset, and the Lift Bridge did its thing. Safe to say Duluth showed off for this one! 🌅

There’s a stretch of September and October where the harbor goes quiet, the light turns gold, and Lake Superior gives you the version of Duluth most people never see. It’s one of our favorite time to be out there, and honestly, the easiest time to get a group on a boat.
Two ways to make it happen this fall:
