He'll be giving the fish some treats while he greets visitors.

In 1995, the families of the Edmund Fitzgerald victims gathered on a ship in Lake Superior as its bell was raised from the wreck.

The Great Lakes can be as deadly as they are beautiful. On November 10, 1975, the wind had been howling across Lake Superior for two days. Waves towered thirty feet high as the Edmund Fitzgerald pressed on into open water. Shortly after 7 p.m., the ship and her crew of 29 disappeared beneath the surface.

Twenty-nine sailors drowned when the Edmund Fitzgerald went down in the Great Lakes' icy waters on Nov. 10, 1975. The ship was immortalized in a surprise hit 1976 folk ballad by Gordon Lightfoot.
