Join us for 9 days exploring the region through the eyes of a spinner. We'll visit local farms & meet a wide variety of Lake District sheep breeds, get hands-on with locally sourced fibers, enjoy special fiber shopping, & settle into 7 nights at a historic farm on the shores of Coniston Water.⁠

We promise our crack team of knitting sleuths will be well fed & entertained outside of dedicated problem solving sessions.⁠

Our newest English adventure explores the fascinating connections between wool, literature, history, & landscape as we travel from Bath to the Cotswolds & onward to Oxford.⁠

We'll follow Jane Austen through the elegant streets of Bath, visit independent yarn shops, meet shepherdesses & rare-breed sheep farmers, explore historic wool towns & magnificent "wool churches," & spend time in the countryside that helped shape England's rich textile heritage.⁠

Then we'll conclude in Oxford, where literary giants such as Tolkien, Lewis, & Lewis Carroll found inspiration among ancient colleges, winding lanes, riverside walks, & welcoming pubs.⁠

Along the way there will be manor houses, gardens, books, sheep, yarn, conversation, & undoubtedly a few entirely justifiable yarn purchases.⁠
