Leadership can feel easy when everything is going right. But what about when it isn’t?

A team member isn’t meeting expectations. Communication starts slipping. Tension builds. You know a conversation needs to happen, but finding the right way to handle it can be the hardest part.

Those moments are when strong leadership skills matter most.

Join us Wednesday, September 9 from 8:30am to 9:30am in the Chamber Boardroom for our next Next Level Leaders session with Dr. Michael F. Broom.

This monthly series is all about giving you practical tools to handle real workplace challenges, strengthen your leadership skills, and create a team that works better together.

Make an hour for your own professional growth and join us!
