Good news/bad news! SO MUCH great stuff found wonderful new homes. BUT there’s still tons left.

DRIVER 👏 STREET 👏 VINTAGE 👏 BLOCK 👏 PARTY

Make your way down Driver Street (between Angier and Ashe) as you shop eclectic vintage and designer/slow fashion gear from and the new at this first-ever vintage block party.

Celebrate your haul with sips of our *other* favorite vintage 🍷 - right between the two shops.

For those unaware, I only pop-up twice a year, so join me as I roll out racks on racks of my best seasonal stuff that I’ve been saving all year for you. I’ll also have some high-end pieces I’m offering to benefit .for.change (Prada bags 🫦 Louboutins 🫦 Chanel pieces 🫦 + more)

I only take Venmo. I don’t pre-sell. We will have dressing rooms. There’s loads of free parking (on the street and behind the shops). There will be a coffee cart for any of you early 🦅 lining up. Best wishes to everyone in the storm. A reminder that over we have a whole house generator, in case anyone wants to ride this thing out in some comfortable digs. Parts of the house will likely still be colder than we’d want (the heat pump can only do so much in these temperatures), and we wouldn’t be able to get out to you if you need anything, but you’d have power, water, wi-fi, cozy quilts, decent heat, and a wood-burning stove in the kitchen. Available all week, starting Saturday, but we can be flexible on the checkout day given the circumstances. Book at the link ❄️ 🩵

Oktoberfest *technically* ended last weekend, and all those beers and giant pretzels landed right on my mannequin’s midsection. But if you can fit a modern 4-6, these two vintage, authentic German dirndls would make great Halloween costumes, and are just *so* much higher quality and more interesting than anything you’d find new in a store. Pass them down through the generations! Come shop them this week as Vintage Days continues .for.change

Jump in my stories this Thursday at 8p and sop up all the pop-up leftovers. I’ll probably have around 50 remaining things to sell before I close up shop, and lumber off to hibernate in my fashion cave for the gray winter. Thanks again, and can’t wait to see you at the next event in spring 🌺

Y’all! Holy SMOKES! MAYHEM! You showed UP for the goods today, and I am so grateful. The load is lightened, as are my spirits. Plus, I got to hold a BABY!

If you came, I hope you love your new things. 💛

If you couldn’t, there’s still loads left. So, pretty much all my stuff (unless it has a ⭐️ on the tag) will be HALF OFF, estate sale-style, for Round Two tomorrow.

A few late-comers to the pop-up! An ethereal 1940s chartreuse gown, a custom rodeo coat, a classic Chanel silk dress, some Louboutins - and lest you think this is all luxury stuff, two overflowing IKEA bags bursting with $10 treasures. Since I only do this pop-up twice a year, I really try to make great things accessible for a range of budgets. Sumptin’ for everyone. Come see me this weekend (318 S. Driver St., over by Ideals) 💛

I’m bringing not one but TWO vintage Schiaparelli hats with me next weekend.

I’ll be offering these (along with a handful of other vintage designer gems) on behalf of .for.change - my favorite local charity, supporting shelter and services for local victims of domestic and sexual violence. Our community needs this resource now more than ever.

RESELLERS TAKE NOTE: Pennies is having their own vintage event starting this TUESDAY (9/23) and there is an *ocean* of good stuff (at very friendly prices) coming to this event. Come jump in line. If you can’t make it Tuesday, they’ll be putting more out all week (and beyond). It’s…a lot 😬 (model credit to my dad’s old cookie jar)
