Utopia Classic Charters is now offering scheduled and customized maritime adventures from the Piscataqua River and Isles of Shoals, NH for the 2016 season.
We offer a variety of excursions on our two classic New England vessels, the M/V Utopia and the S/V Aloft.
Utopia is a 1974 Royal Lowell-designed lobster boat built in Newington, NH, and USCG-approved for up to 30 passengers.
Utopia is legendary in the area as a sportfishing and dive boat, having undergone a recent restoration after a forty year career in waters from the Gulf of Maine to the Gulf of Mexico.
Utopia provides scheduled tours for guests of Star Island at the Isles of Shoals. These include sunset tours, Shoals lobstering, and grey seal watching at Duck Island.
Utopia is also available for custom trips from Kittery, Maine for sunsets, fireworks, cocktail cruises, weddings, dive trips, whale watches, etc.
Utopia is also available for commercial, research and regulatory charters year round.
Aloft is a 1962 Ted Hood-designed classic wooden sloop, with a celebrated cruising and racing history from Maine to Bermuda and the Caribbean.
Aloft is available for custom sailing charters with a capacity of six guests. Coastal and offshore sailing trips are available, including overnights at Gosport Harbor, Isles of Shoals.
Our vessels are fully-insured, equipped with the full range of safety gear, and operated at all times by USCG-licensed captains.
