We have been busy managing cancellations and rebooking vacations during this unprecedented, sad time. Thank you to our friends and clients for trusting us and taking our advice on whether to take the refund or rebook for a later date. It has been different advice for every client based on the vendor and travel dates. We have developed new friendships with people who have lost their vacation due to Bookit.com pausing their operations. The other giant online travel sites are not taking calls unless the trip is within 72 hours. Their clients are stuck having to figure out how to manage it on their own.
