This beautiful 4 bedroom 4.5 bath home is perfect for one or several families offering 3 master king bedrooms suites (2 with large garden tubs). The surfboard oasis room is perfect for the kids with an extra large flat screen tv, a full bunk bed/twin on top and trundle underneath! New SMART 55 Flat Screen TV in the Living Room/

DVD with remotes, surround sound stereo, morning kitchen/wet bar with under counter refrigerator on guest living level. Home also includes use of the elevator from the ground level to the top floor which makes unpacking the car a breeze, also use of a high chair, and large dog crate. Washer and dryer are located on the main level, along with a K-Cup coffee machine. The use of the private pool and spa is also a lovely amenity if you want to relax after a swim at the beach or simply just chill by the pool any time of the day or night. A large well stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and seated bar. Family room has great seating for your family with brand new sofas for plenty of seating to view the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. 8 brand new Adirondacks which include 4 rockers and side tables. Spacious, tri-level, covered front and rear decks with great views of the Gulf on the 2 large covered back decks! If your an avid reader the islands book exchange is located right outside the door. Family, friends and guests. It’s been our pleasure to share our home ‘Laughing Gulls’ with you over the past 8 1/2 years. We have decided to sell our beautiful home. It has been a wonderful adventure of memories, new friends, laughter, sand, sun and of course hurricanes 🙂.

We’ve heard from many of you over the years and are so thankful for your kind words and repeat business.

Our home has changed ownership and it will continue to be a rental with Fickling. The transfer will be seamless if you have a secured booking.

Kim and her team at Fickling Vacation Rentals have been wonderful and a pleasure to work with.
