🚨 REMINDER, EATONVILLE BUSINESSES — DON’T MISS OUT! 🚨

The deadline to participate in Trek Into Eatonville is coming up fast!

With Northwest Trek welcoming visitors for TROLLS: A Field Study by Thomas Dambo, EBA is working to encourage those visitors to extend their trip into Eatonville to eat, shop, explore, and support our local businesses!

There are two ways to participate — choose one or BOTH:

📍 Become a Trek Into Eatonville Passport Stop — Visitors will be encouraged to stop by participating businesses and have their Passport checked off. You do NOT need to offer a discount or promotion to be a Passport Stop!

🎉 Offer a Visitor Promotion — Create a special discount, freebie, menu item, product, package, experience, or other incentive for Northwest Trek visitors.

Northwest Trek will be helping promote Trek Into Eatonville directly to park visitors through signage at the park, printed Passports at ticketing, and online and email promotion.

⏰ We have a QUICK turnaround and need businesses signed up ASAP!

🚨 EATONVILLE BUSINESSES — WE NEED YOU! 🚨

This fall, Northwest Trek Wildlife Park is expecting thousands of visitors for TROLLS: A Field Study by Thomas Dambo, and we want to give those visitors a reason to Trek Into Eatonville!

The Eatonville Business Association is launching a coordinated campaign to encourage Northwest Trek guests to come into town, discover our businesses, and spend locally.

Businesses can participate in one or both ways:

📍 Become a Trek Into Eatonville Passport Stop — Visitors will be encouraged to visit participating businesses and have their Passport checked off.

🎉 Offer a Visitor Promotion — Create a special discount, freebie, menu item, product, package, experience, or other incentive for Northwest Trek visitors.

You do NOT have to offer a discount to be a Passport Stop!

As part of EBA’s partnership with Northwest Trek, the campaign will be promoted directly to park visitors through signage at Northwest Trek, printed Passports at the ticketing office, and online and email promotion.

Something BIG is coming to our area this fall—and we want Eatonville businesses ready for it!

Beginning October 15, Northwest Trek Wildlife Park and Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium will host TROLLS: A Field Study by internationally acclaimed Danish artist Thomas Dambo.

These larger-than-life sculptures, created from reclaimed materials, have captivated millions of people around the world—and this will be the first time they’ve come to the Pacific Northwest!

🌲 GUEST SPEAKER: Rick Dietz, Director of Northwest Trek Wildlife Park

Rick will join us to talk about the Trolls exhibit and the opportunity it creates for our community.

With new visitors coming to Northwest Trek specifically to experience the Trolls, we want to ask:

How do we turn a trip to Northwest Trek into a visit to Eatonville?

And this opportunity isn’t just for restaurants and retailers. We want ALL local business owners and community partners at the table.

Together, we’ll brainstorm ways to capitalize on this opportunity, connect it with Eatonville’s fall and holiday events, showcase our community, and build a stronger long-term partnership with Northwest Trek.
