A huge thank you to all of our emergency response partners and community members who participated in last night's emergency response drill! These drills are a critical part of our preparedness efforts, and your involvement helps ensure we’re ready to respond effectively when lives are at stake. Emergencies involving a large number of injuries can quickly overwhelm the resources of a single EMS or fire department. That’s why strong regional partnerships are essential. In a powerful demonstration of that regional partnership, a response crew from as far away as Boyd answered our call — just as they would in a real emergency. We are incredibly grateful for the commitment, cooperation, and dedication of our emergency responders.

We had some seriously cool visitors at Chippewa Valley Regional Airport yesterday — a Black Hawk helicopter and not one, but TWO F-35 fighter jets!
