Blugolds! Have you ever spent a full summer in EC? Well, Blu Berrymore just did & they made the most out of it🫶🌞💙 Swipe to see Blu Berrymore’s ULTIMATE Summer Guide✨ If you’ve never spent a summer in EC, maybe this is your sign to do so🤩

This summer, this blueberry sang their heart out & danced along to music at the Sounds Like Summer concert series in Phoenix Park & also at the Country & Rock concert series in River Prairie🎶 They also hit up the Northern Wisconsin State Fair, soaked up the sun while biking through diff parks, went tanning at Half Moon Beach & other surrounding beaches, watched some movies on the Campus Mall, went to baseball games, went to Food Truck Fridays, grabbed fresh flowers, veggies & fruits at the Farmer’s Market, tubed down the Chippewa River, explored up north & made a pit stop in the twin cities, relaxed at Putnam Rock, chilled on the boat & SO much more! 🚴‍♂️🌊🎡💐

We hope you loved Blu Berrymore’s summer adventures & that it inspired our incoming Blugolds to see all of the beauty and fun of EC in the summertime. Welcome to your new home, Blugolds! 💛💙

It’s Friday, and Blu Berrymore is reminiscing about Feedback Fridays🥺💙 This wittle blueberry misses our Blugolds so much so they went back and looked through some of the feedback from the last week of classes, & let’s just say that we’re happy crying 😭💛

Hilltop & Davies Marketplace have been way too quiet without all ur buzz and energy, which Blu Berrymore LOVES! We seriously can’t wait to see y’all again soon

BGE days!! 💙💛 Blu Berrymore (alongside their assistants) has been having such a fun time at their first summer full of Blugold Experience Days🥹🫐 Getting to meet new first-year students, their families, and transfer students has made this summer SO much sweeter!

From serving a delicious buffet for each BGE day, to answering questions about meal plans, handing out Blu Berrymore stickers along with other Dining goodies, and so much more, we’ve enjoyed every single BGE day we’ve had so far & we’re excited for the remaining BGE days coming up next week and in August!!

AIRSHOW RECAP! ✈️ This past weekend, we had the honor of catering the Chippewa Valley Air Show at the right here in EC, where we got to watch the and many others soaring across the Eau Claire sky☁️🌀

We enjoyed getting to serve sponsor tents, amongst others, at the airshow! ⛺️ From pulled pork, beef brisket, brats, grilled jerk chicken, burgers, mac & cheese, corn on the cob, potato salad, coleslaw, cookies, brownies…and SO much more, we had a blast! 🍖🌽🌭🍔🍪

Huge thank you to the Air Show Committee for choosing Blugold Dining to provide delicious meal options for attendees while they enjoyed the show! 💙💛

Raise your hand if you miss Einstein’s?! 🥺🙋🥯

Well….did you know that Einstein’s is actually open all throughout Summer?!🌞 That’s right! We opened our doors last month & we don’t plan on closing them! If you are in EC for the summer, swing by & come grab some of your fave bagel sandwiches, pastries, & coffee from us!! We’re open Monday-Friday from 8 am to 1 pm😋🫶

PICNIC TIME!!🥰🥩🌭 Our employees are also taking a MUCH DESERVED summer break☀️ & today we got to celebrate them for all their super hard work throughout the academic school year! They truly work SO hard during the semester, which is why Blu Berrymore was so excited to plan this cookout for them & their families! We had some delicious food & desserts, games (limbo, corn hole, & giant jenga!), and some fun raffle prizes! 🎟️

Earlier this week, we kicked off the summer break with Blugold Field Day! 🙌 Not even the rain could stop Blu Berrymore from celebrating🫐🎉

On Wednesday we opened up Marketplace for Blugold Field Day to welcome students, faculty, and staff who are still on campus, to a yummy lunch that featured smoked pulled pork, marinated grilled chicken breast, black bean burgers, cornbread, baked beans, a strawberry salad with cocoa vinaigrette (which is part of our Mindful healthy eating program!!) and so much more🍖🍗🫘🍔🌽🍓

Thank you to everyone who joined us! We hope you enjoyed our food, as well as all the other activities that took place around Davies! Happy summer, Blugolds💛💙🌞

✨🫐🌀SPRING ‘25 SEMESTER DUMP🌀 🫐✨

This spring:
✨Bluberrymore came to life!!🫐
✨We invented Feedback Fridays🤭
✨We had over 900 attendees at Midnight Breakfast {A RECORD!!}🍳
✨Raised our Dining Survey score by .3🙌
✨AND SO MUCH MORE! But most importantly….WE HAD SO MUCH FUN WHILE DOING IT ALL😭🙌🫶

Blu Berrymore already misses u all so much😭😭😭 it was such a great semester & academic school year thanks to u Blugolds🥹💛💙

CONGRATS GRADS!!! 🥺💛💙🎓🎉
Blugold Dining wants to congratulate all of the Spring 2025 graduates on all their hard work and dedication they’ve put into their college career! We have absolutely LOVED being a part of your college experience. They say that “Food brings people together in a way that very few other activities can, it truly brings people together on so many different levels.” 💛

Whether you have laid on the campus mall with a Yaki bowl in hand laughing with your friends, sat at The Cabin studying with friends with a refresher in hand, had a blast at Midnight Breakfast in Hilltop as an underclassman with your group of friends, shared Einstein’s with a friend after your 8 am class, went to V-Ball with your friends and had a torte/cheesecake from our bakery team, or shared any memory where our food was involved- thank you🫶 being a part of your college years has been an honor🥹

Declining Dollars still left in your account?!👀 if so, the clock is ticking 🕰️ you LITERALLY have less than two days left to use them up‼️ All of our lower campus dining locations will be closing this Friday (5/16) afternoon for the Summer. And our upper campus dining locations (Riverview & T-Store) will close at 2 pm this Saturday 5/17. Meaning that 2 pm on Saturday is your LAST CHANCE to spend all those Declining Dollars. If you don’t, you will quite literally loose them ✨forever✨💸 PS. Swipe till the end to see our faces when you loose out on your money on purpose😵‍💫👉

Here are some additional ways you can utilize your Dining Dollars:
🔹Use them to purchase anything at: Einstein’s, The Cabin, Olson’s, Marketplace, T-Store, and to enter Riverview Café (Hilltop)
🔹Utilize them by ordering through the Everyday App for pick up at selected locations
🔹Catering! Visit the “Student Catering site” on our link in bio. These are pick-up only orders which are great affordable options for casual student events/hangouts & there’s lots to choose from. Feel free to DM us if you need any help with this!
🔹Just Baked hot food vending machine inside HAAS
🔹”Pay It Forward” baskets which can either be purchased for us to donate over to the Campus Food Pantry or for students to purchase for themselves! These can be found at Marketplace & at the T-Store

Help Blu Berrymore find his friends!!🥺😢 Many of our plates, cups, utensils, BluBoxes, and tokens have gone missing!! 😭 If you (or your roommates👀) have taken or seen any of these items pls return them to their correct homes so Blu Berrymore can continue to use them next semester!! 🥹

‼️For any Seniors who still have tokens, please return them to a cashier before you graduate and leave campus so they can be used by incoming students‼️
