It all began when I was 18 years old embarking on a cruise with my family. From the moment I stepped onto the plane to the breathtaking sights of the ship and the awe-inspiring beauty of the crystal clear blue waters, I was mesmerized. That trip gave me a sense of excitement I hadn’t felt before, creating a deep love for wanting to explore the world and to experience new cultures. Traveling became
a cherished part of my life, alongside my late husband prior to having children. However, tragedy struck in 2016 when we lost him, shy of 2 weeks of losing my grandmother. As a newly widowed mother at the age of 32 with 4 young children, life became overwhelmingly stressful. Juggling the responsibilities of being a single parent, navigating through the early stages of graduate school, and coping with the losses of both my children’s father and my grandmother added layers of complexity to my already challenging time. In the midst of grief, I recognized the importance of finding a way to recharge and reset, something that could give all of us something to look forward to, to appreciate. Among all the lessons I’ve learned through loss, one stands out, life is precious and unpredictable. It was this realization that I felt a strong desire to travel with my children, wanting them to experience the richness and beauty of life just as I have, cherishing every moment together! The first moment I watched my children pack and prepare for their first adventure was truly priceless. Watching their tiny feet and bodies, with their small character suitcases, navigating through the airport alongside their momma, was absolutely breath-taking. And here we are, eight years later, with larger feet and bodies, carrying backpacks as we embark on trips together. While some things change, others remain constant-the pure excitement and love for traveling. As a former intensive care unit nurse, my compassion and caring nature seamlessly transitioned into the travel industry. Combining my personal experiences with tragedy alongside my nurturing disposition has truly inspired me to empathize with and deeply understand the desires of my clients, fostering lasting relationships built on trust and genuine care. I find joy in curating trips for others, understanding the importance of creating unforgettable experiences and moments of respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Each trip I plan is infused with my passion for travel and sincere care for my clients. Whether it's a milestone celebration or a much-needed family getaway, I pour my heart into ensuring every detail is perfect. Hearing the stories and memories my clients share after their travels brings me immense joy and fulfillment. My journey in nursing and the personal tragedies I’ve faced have played a significant role in shaping my journey into the travel industry. My experience has been nothing short of remarkable, and I am grateful for the opportunity to share my love for travel with each and every one of you.
