Thank you for checking in and hopefully becoming a follower. This is our first vacation home rental. We have enjoyed so many other’s welcoming vacation homes and decided to offer one ourselves. We spent months working closely with the builder to include everything needed for a wonderful getaway with family.
Our home offers 3 king size bedrooms. Upstairs offers the perfect 2nd living room, separate bedroom with a custom built California king bed and twin bed. The room also features a full private bath and commode closet. This area is perfect for teens and children. The upstairs living room has a spacious sectional, electric fireplace and 85” television. A desk is also included if you must do a little work from home. Working here is allowed, but not preferred.
The main floor king bed master offers a full bath with walk in shower and bidet toilet. This room also provides separate sliding glass door exit to the expansive deck areas.
The second main floor king bedroom offers and attached full bath with walk in shower.
Both bedrooms on the main floor have their own 55” televisions with WiFi and free LG live channels.
The main floor kitchen includes a chef’s commercial gas stovetop and electric oven. A full size washer and dryer are adjacent to the open air kitchen.
The main floor living room has a huge comfy sectional sofa, extra bar top seating, LG 83” television and even a custom wooden crate for our little K9 visitors. This room also has access to the side grill area and pond facing glorious sunrise views.
The entire home functions with fiber optic internet wireless access.
There are multiple sitting areas on all of the decks surrounding the home. This includes 4 sitting areas and a gas fireplace with a 55” tv overhead. The open basement area offers golf cart parking, storage and game room.
Harmony House also has a 40 amp Tesla charging station and 40 amp separate Charge Point station. Visitors can charge two vehicles at the same time.
The stocked 8 acre pond offers fishing, sunbathing, paddle boarding and canoeing. All of this is just steps to the water.
Lake access is walkable or within a few minutes on the golf cart that is provided.
Community boat slips and an easy boat ramp is directly across the road from Harmony Cove Camp.
