💍 J U S T B O O K E D !! Stephanie and Jared just booked their destination wedding at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres in Mexico!

They needed a family-friendly resort for the few children that will be attending, but didn’t want something overly kid-focused. Majestic Elegance is the perfect solution with 70% of the rooms being adults-only, multiple adults-only pools, and no waterpark.

They also wanted something with a more laid-back feel, modern rooms, solid food options, and a beautiful walkable beach.

And the Sky Gazebo venue checked one of their biggest wedding-day boxes: beautiful views without having their ceremony in the sand. 🤍

Private offsite wedding venue + the convenience of an all-inclusive resort nearby.

Marisa & Humam got married at Kukua Beach Club, a private beachfront venue in Punta Cana, while they stayed just 12 minutes away with their guests at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana.

This gave them the best of both worlds: they could choose a wedding venue they loved while still giving guests the ease of an all-inclusive resort—with family-friendly and adults-only areas, food and drinks included, nightlife and entertainment onsite, quieter spaces, and all club-level rooms.

And there are SO many fun details from this wedding to see in the photos:

3 things you may not realize about destination wedding room blocks:

1. Your guests don’t all have to stay for the same dates. They can typically choose the travel dates that work best for them within the nights being held in your room block, and we can also request to add additional nights, based on availability.

2. You don’t have to know exactly how many rooms your guests will book at the beginning. You can hold an estimated number of rooms, and most group contracts will let you release unbooked rooms and room nights by a certain date without penalty.

3. A room block gives you a contracted group rate for each room type you’re holding, so those rates won’t increase over time. Depending on the resort, your group may also qualify for perks like complimentary rooms, upgrades, free events, spa discounts and more.

💍 J U S T B O O K E D !! Abby and Jack just booked their 2028 destination wedding at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres!

They needed a family-friendly resort that had a little something for everyone. Abby’s family loves the beach and spending time in the ocean, while Jack’s family likes to have plenty to do beyond the beach.

Majestic Elegance gives them that perfect middle ground with a beautiful beach and calm blue water, multiple pools, a swim-up bar, daily activities, nightly shows and nightlife.

They’ll be getting married at the gorgeous Sky Gazebo venue with views of the ocean without dealing with the sand.

Their room block is all set up to hold rooms for their guests and as soon as I put the finishing touches on their wedding website, everyone will be able to start booking their rooms!

💍 J U S T B O O K E D !! Lauren and Skyler just booked their destination wedding at the newly renovated Secrets Playa Mujeres in Mexico!

They're going to have their ceremony at the gazebo with a beach reception after.

This is an adults-only resort with a fun atmosphere and plenty for their guests to enjoy. It's located right on a golf course with excellent scuba diving nearby too.

I visited this property earlier this year and I'm so excited for them to get to experience it with their family and friends!

Becca and Nathan just got married at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres last week and the wedding team and resort nailed it again!

This is one of those resorts that can work really well for destination wedding groups because it has a great mix of family-friendly and adults-only spaces, a beautiful beach, multiple wedding venue options, solid food and drinks, fun activities and entertainment, and a layout that’s easy for guests to navigate.
