Welcome Bird’s Nest followers new and old! As we move into summer, the Nest is experiencing some changes. Our Property Management company has changed from Vacasa to Dwell Vacations by Casago. So far, the changes have been pretty minimal, with the exception of one huge change. Casago promotes the Nest on more platforms, therefore, we are experiencing higher rental volume (which is great), and bookings further in advance (again great, but problematic for OUR friends and family who enjoy their time at the Nest.)

If you’re thinking of a future stay out on beautiful Edisto and you’ve been thinking of staying, or have stayed before, at the Nest, you may want to get your calendars out and contact John (JP) or myself to lock in your dates.
