See You Subito”
Three years of joy on Edisto’s shore,
Where laughter lingered, and hearts would soar.
A haven called Subito, warm and bright,
A coastal gem bathed in golden light.
Keith, the captain, with vision so clear,
Built more than a home—made memories here.
And Stacie, with care in each corner swept,
Left traces of love where the sunshine crept.
From friends to strangers who soon felt like kin,
Each guest was family the moment walked in.
They came for the sun, for peace and retreat,
Found more in the smiles, the sand at their feet.
Palm trees dancing in the ocean breeze,
Deer in the dusk, moving through the trees.
The lagoon held secrets of duck and gator,
A world standing still—now, not later.
By the poolside, laughter would flow,
Putt putt games where the young ones glow.
Beach cabana kissed by salt and spray,
Waters Edge Café to start each day.
They shared Edisto’s charm, its stories old,
Of tides and time, of pirates and gold.
But more than the past, what they gave was true—
A place to feel whole, to start anew.
Subito—it means “see you soon,”
A phrase from Harold beneath the moon.
His spirit lives in the salty air,
In every welcome, in every care.
So here’s to the moments, the waves, the sun,
To three full years of work and fun.
A farewell? Perhaps. But not adieu—
Just See You Subito, from us to you.
