There has been a dip in flight prices to Hawaii for the start of the new year if you book quickly, so it’s not too late to book specific dates over spring break or this spring for a great price!!! Don’t forget it’s whale season there now through March.🐋 I’m pretty sure I can travel the world and not much will top Hawaii in beauty and diversity of things to do😍 Make amazing memories with views like this👇🏝️

Our Bimini trip did not go as planned, but what in life does😂 We had sickness and bad weather resulting in cancelled dives 3 of the days….this all meant we had to make the most out of the 2 days of diving we had! The great hammerhead safari dive was amazing- it never gets old to me that you can safely hang out underwater with huge sharks.

Bimini was an even smaller island than I imagined- you could walk from one side to the other in about 4-5 mins. The food options were very limited along with most places being cash only, no hospital on the island, so it is pretty remote. As a travel agent I love exploring new places to better serve my clients. Bimini was beautiful, but I wouldn’t recommend it unless you are into big game fishing, diving, or just don’t like people and want to avoid crowds.😆 The sharks though 10 out of 10👌

We had an amazing time making memories and exploring in Maui this past week! Hawai’i is so diverse and has so many unique opportunities that you can’t see/do anywhere else in the world. I would love to help you plan a trip to any of the islands, but today I am going to focus on my favorite things about Maui so here are my top 10 reasons to visit Maui🏝️💙
1. The humpback whales! You can see them anytime you look out at the ocean pretty much, but there are cool tours that will take you out by boat or kayak to get a closer experience!
2. Go to the top of the dormant volcano, Haleakala, for a sunrise or sunset or for some of the best star gazing you will find anywhere in the world!
3. Road to Hana-with 620 winding curves and 59 bridges it is one of the most epic drives filled with lush scenery, dramatic seascapes, and flowing waterfalls, a black sand beach, a red sand beach, and too many other hidden gems to count.
4. Waterfall hikes to swim under waterfalls. Maui is a great place to do so many awesome waterfall hikes, and either jump into a refreshing pool or swim under a waterfall. 
5. Snorkeling. Snorkeling in general is awesome almost anywhere you go. You will see a sea turtle pretty much anytime you go snorkeling!
6. Sunsets! It’s hard to beat dramatic lush green mountains, cliffs, lava rock, and palm trees for some amazing sunsets.
7. Açaí bowls and food trucks!
8. Napili Bay is one of the most beautiful beaches with amazing snorkeling on the protected side, fun waves to boogie board on the other end, and tide pools to explore.
9. Cliff jumping- so many fun places to explore and cliff jump!
10. Scuba diving- Maui is the best island to go shore diving on out of the Hawaiian islands. Not only will you see great marine life but in the winter months you can listen to the whales sing while you are underwater.

#3 is the beautiful reefs and abundant sea life. Grand Cayman has some great shore diving and snorkeling with easy access. Cemetery Beach was one of our favorite spots to snorkel! You can also take a boat excursion to the barrier reef or to see the shipwreck of the Kittiewake.
