Last week I had the privilege of hiking around Taos ski valley!

Fall is on its way!
I'm getting prepared for all my outdoor fall adventures know! Getting my diet strategy in place! Yoga-Biking-Chiroprator adjustments- Hiking, Somos Naturals to help fight old age... and much more.

TELL ME YOUR FALL PLANS!

I can not wait to use my IKON pass this year. I'm planning trying to ski 20 days this year. Plus I'm starting to plan a trip to Zermatt/Matterhorn to knock off a 'Bucket List" item and to have a lot fum.

Winter Park with my good friend Mike and Phyllis and more.
Taos to go back to my family roots and to enjoy in my opinion the best mountain in North America. Plus eat some christmas chili.

I'm looking for other recommendations on out the way mountain lodges, let me know!
