One of my favorite parts of being a travel advisor is getting to experience destinations firsthand—and then sharing the good, the not-so-good, and everything in between with my clients.

This was my view from the Pasea Hotel in Huntington Beach, and that ocean view definitely made me smile! 💙

🎃👻 Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is back at Magic Kingdom! 👻🎃

If you love Disney and Halloween, this is such a fun event to add to your Walt Disney World vacation! 🧡🏰

The 2026 party takes place on select nights August 7–October 31 from 7 PM–midnight, with party guests able to enter Magic Kingdom as early as 4 PM. ✨

You can look forward to:

👻 Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade
✨ Not-So-Spooky Spectacular fireworks
🧙‍♀️ Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular

🏨 Where We Stayed in NYC 🗽

When planning a trip to New York City, finding the right hotel can make all the difference. After long days of exploring, we wanted a place that was clean, comfortable, and quiet—and LUMA Hotel Times Square checked every box.

✨ Here’s what we loved:
🤍 Spotlessly clean rooms
🤍 Surprisingly quiet, even though it’s just steps from Times Square
🤍 Easy walk to Broadway, Bryant Park, restaurants, and so many NYC attractions
🤍 Friendly, welcoming staff
🤖 A fun robot butler named ALINA that can deliver items right to your room!

As a travel advisor, I’m always looking for hotels I’d confidently recommend to my clients, and this is definitely one of them. We loved it so much that we’d stay here again on our next trip to New York.

🥯 Gluten-Free Friends… this one is a MUST if you’re visiting NYC! 🤍

If you’re looking for an amazing gluten-free breakfast (or lunch), Modern Bread & Bagel is one stop you don’t want to miss.

Everything in the bakery is 100% gluten-free, so there was no worrying about cross-contamination while ordering. 🙌

We tried:
🥯 Bagels (the BEST gluten-free bagels I’ve ever had!)
🥯 Cream cheese
🥯 Breakfast sandwich
🍩 Donuts
🧁 Other baked treats

Everything we tried was delicious! In fact, we loved the bagels so much that we brought several home with us.
