There’s a lot that happens behind the scenes before I ever recommend a hotel to a client.
And lunches, like the one I just came from, are part of it.
I spent today with Jessica and Michele from Marriott, talking all things, all inclusive and luxury travel. We talked about hotels, destinations, client experiences, and the little details that can completely change a trip.
Here’s what people don’t realize: great travel planning is built on great relationships.
When I know the people behind the brands, I recommend, I have someone to call. Someone to ask the oddly specific question. Someone who can help when a client needs a little extra care.
These partnerships give me better insight into which hotel might be right for you, not simply which one looks the prettiest online.
Because anyone can book a hotel.
I want to know the people behind the front desk, too.
