🎭 Did you know this building in Elizabeth was once a grand theater?

Back in the 1920s, the Regent Theatre welcomed people from across the city for films, live performances, and nights of entertainment during the golden age of theaters.

If you look closely today, many of the original architectural details are still there — decorative stonework, historic design elements, and figures like the eagle that once symbolized the elegance of the building.

Over time, the theater was transformed into retail spaces, becoming part of everyday life in Elizabeth. But behind the storefronts, the history remains.

✨ Most people walk by without noticing…
but this building still tells the story of another era in Elizabeth.

📍 Hidden in plain sight.
