East Hardin DC participants! We are happy to announce that we will be offering fundraiser(s) starting in August to help with the cost of the trip. Fundraiser(s) will be through History Comes Alive Tours and not through East Hardin. This will allow any money a student earns to go directly to that students versus money being split among all travelers.

Thank you to everyone who attended the meeting Thursday night! This trip is going to be a trip your child, (and you if you go) will remember for a lifetime.

Remember, May 25th is the last day of early registration and you can save $50 off the cost of the trip. If you register by May 25th, the trip will cost $1000, after May 25th it will be $1050. Registration packets are coming home tomorrow with the current 7th graders!

Have you ever wanted to go to Washington DC and see the sites but didn't want to do all the planning? Then come with us June 10-14, 2023. Attractions we may visit: The memorials (Washington, Lincoln, Roosevelt, MLK, Jefferson); we will go to the National Zoo, you have to see the pandas!, We will go to the Smithsonian Museums; Holocaust Museum; National Archives; Mount Vernon and Pohick Church (Washington's church); National Cathedral; U.S. Capitol; White House; International Spy Museum, Arlington National Cemetery (changing of the guard), and a Ghost Walk Tour.
