🎅✈️ Santa stopped by Indiana Flight Center to explore some alternative flying machines…

While the sleigh is great for rooftops, he wanted to see what else could get him around in style. First up: our 1941 Waco UPF-7—an open-cockpit, stick-and-rudder classic that delivers pure, old-school flying magic. Then, just for comparison, he checked out the Citation XLS+—pressurized comfort, jet speed, and just a little more room for presents.

From vintage biplanes to modern business jets, we’ve got flying covered—no reindeer required. 🎄✈️

🚨 Temporary Tower Closure at EKM 🚨

Due to equipment damage from a recent lightning strike, the Elkhart Municipal Airport Control Tower will be temporarily closed from August 4 to October 1, 2025, for repairs. (Possibly sooner if equipment installation goes smoothly!)

✈️ Please use 119.50 for all CTAF operations during this period.
🛫 IFR pilots: Contact SBN Clearance Delivery on 119.70 for your clearance.
