Unfortunately, we have some disappointing news to share with you.

This Friday’s Our Town Summer Concert has been CANCELED due to an unexpected injury to the band’s lead singer, leaving the band unable to perform.

After a season that has already thrown plenty of weather challenges, rain-outs, and location changes our way, we are especially disappointed that we won’t be able to close out the summer together as planned. Unfortunately, this is a circumstance completely beyond our control.

We are so grateful to everyone who has shown up, changed plans with us, and supported live music in downtown Elkins all summer long. A huge thank you goes out to our local business sponsors who have been giving for years now to make this series possible. Thank you to Joe Danger for introducing our bands and sharing information on stage that needed shared. Also thank you to Ronnie Shaffer with Joyful Production Sound, you have rolled with the punches right along side us and we appreciate it!

We’re wishing the band’s lead singer a quick recovery, and we’re already looking forward to our next Our Town event or collaboration, stay tuned!
