Winter Weekends at are almost completely booked but snag some weekdays if you want to tear up the slopes & then retreat for a warm fire, some hot chocolate ☕️ & the hot tub to make those magical & cozy memories. 🥂Cheers to the beauty of winter here! 🥂

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Full Review: Our stay at Modern Maples was an unforgettable experience that perfectly balanced the tranquility of nature with modern conveniences; we loved it and can’t wait to visit again! It is a beautiful BRAND NEW rental that is decorated to the nines!

Nestled in the woods, but just a short drive to Ellicottville, the location of this rental is fantastic. Despite being surrounded by nature, it was just a short drive from several charming restaurants and fantastic hiking trails.

The cabin was immaculately, clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable – the attention to detail was evident, from the pristine kitchen to the fresh linens.

WiFi is really important to us, and we never had an issue with connecting or the speed. The modern interior had a great vibe to it and every detail was well thought out, down to the flatware! Oh, and our children LOVED playing table, tennis and foosball!

Nia is a great host; super helpful and responsive. We had so much fun and can’t wait to come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The lower level living room is the perfect spot for the kids to watch a movie while the adults hang upstairs. It’s also stocked with some kids toys, books, board games & playing cards! 🃏
Also a great spot for your morning working session (mats & hand weights provided!) 💪
